From a bedroom demo to 1m streams, organically

How a single, a short-form content plan and the right playlist pitch compounded over eight weeks.

Every campaign starts with the same question: who is this song for, and where are they already listening? For this release we mapped the audience before the first post went up.

The plan

A three-week pre-save window, one hero clip cut five ways, and a pitch that led with the story rather than the genre.

We treated the release like a label would, with a calendar, a budget and a reason for every post.

What happened

Editorial support arrived in week two, and the organic clips kept feeding the algorithmic playlists after that. The streams followed the fans, not the other way round.
